Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Standard delivery within the United States generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier.
Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to reroute packages once they are shipped, and orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or tracking appears stalled, contact us at support@labouchenatural.com and we’ll help investigate. If the carrier confirms a lost shipment, we will reship your order at no cost.
Refund Policy
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
Because our products are oral care items, opened or partially used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email support@labouchenatural.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll provide detailed return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Promotions, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
